3) No sites that pop a zillion consols, dialers, and even lock up my browser! If your brutal, your out.
4) No more animations or obtrusive text on your pictures please. *Small* url or name is what to use. Any pictures not following our guidelines we will ask you to change. A "clean" list gets more clickthrus.
5) New accounts are checked for approval (or not) at least once a day.
6) Lists reset every day and is updated every hour. Accounts that are inactive for more than 1 week may be removed. You may resubmit your site.
7) Rules may be added or changed to ensure everyone is playing fair!
